WE ADVISE YOU TO CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE PORTAL

General

  1. The CASA TEMPORADA LITORAL  portal (hereinafter, PORTAL) is an online platform for public access.

  2. The PORTAL provides information on developments and properties available for sale or lease.

  3. When using the PORTAL, either through simple navigation or through the establishment of a commercial relationship, the User hereby acknowledges and accepts that he is bound by the following General Conditions of Use (or Agreement), including the additional terms and conditions and specific that may take place, as well as with the other policies present in the PORTAL

    5. Non-registered Users must comply with the General Conditions of Use, and may use the Portal to request information.

    6. Violation of the provisions of the previous number constitutes grounds for immediate resolution of the present 

    7. By accepting these General Conditions of Use, the User declares that:

      Sell, resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent or lease the PORTAL, in whole or in part, unless otherwise stated within the scope of an order or other written agreement with CASA TEMPORADA LITORAL;

      Use the PORTAL to store or transmit illegal or illicit material;

      ç)

      Use the PORTAL to store or transmit material that violates the rights of third parties;

      d)

      Use the PORTAL to carry out unlawful practices, namely, through error or deception on facts with the intention of obtaining illegitimate advantages for yourself or for a third party.

      Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;

      Seek to obtain unauthorized access to the PORTAL and/or its computer systems;

      Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer the PORTAL;

      Seek to obtain source code, modify, decrypt, or create derivative works of the PORTAL or any services provided under it or otherwise provided under this Agreement;

      Through false elements, presenting yourself as another person or certifying certain non-existent characteristics, qualities, relationships and/or skills;

      j)

      Use the PORTAL to carry out pyramid schemes, spam, chain letters and/or other illicit schemes.

      k)

      Access or use the PORTAL to build a competing service and/or product, or copy any feature, content, function or graphic for competitive purposes.

  4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    1. The User acknowledges that ownership and title to all intellectual property rights, including, in particular, rights to software, codes (source, object, etc.), copyright, trademarks and trade secrets

CASA TEMPORADA LITORAL reserves all rights that are not expressly provided for and listed in this clause, and cannot, at any time be interpreted differently, and, in case of doubt, must always be interpreted in the sense that the use in question is expressly prohibited by CASA TEMPORADA LITORAL.

  5. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY POLICY

    3. If a  CASA TEMPORADA LITORAL intentionally fails to perform this obligation, it will be responsible for the damages that the User may incur, with the limitations established in number 9.3 of this section.

    4. The User must use the PORTAL and the associated services in accordance with the instructions da CASA TEMPORADA LITORAL and the obligations of these General Conditions of Use, also committing to implement the necessary and appropriate security measures to protect the systems and services.

    5. If there is any breach of security, regardless of whether or not it jeopardizes the security and integrity of the data and systems of either Party, the Party that becomes aware of it must immediately inform the other Party of the situation.

    6. In the event of suspicions that the breach of security sought to erase, alter, destroy, in whole or in part, damage, suppress or render programs or other computer data unusable or inaccessible, impede, prevent, interrupt or seriously disrupt the operation of the computer system, through the introduction, transmission, deterioration, damage, alteration, erasure, impediment of access or suppression of programs or other computer data or any other form of interference in the computer system, or sought to illegitimately access or intercept the computer systems, the affected Party shall file the respective complaint with the competent authorities.

  7. SERVICES

    1. During the period of validity of these General Conditions of Use and, when applicable, provided that the payments due are duly settled, CASA TEMPORADA LITORAL will provide the User with updating and technical support for the use of the PORTAL and associated services.

    2. CASA TEMPORADA LITORAL will keep the PORTAL up to date, with these updates resulting from the maintenance services automatically made available by CASA TEMPORADA LITORAL in accordance with the schedule established for the evolution of the PORTAL.

    3. It will not be necessary for the User to request any intervention to gain access to the updated PORTAL.

    4. CAIXATEC provides the User with a technical assistance service using its own form, to provide support and respond to requests for clarification regarding the PORTAL's operation and operation.

    5. The technical support service will operate from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, except on national holidays.

    6.   CASA TEMPORADA LITORAL will seek to ensure that access to the PORTAL (up time) takes place on a continuous availability basis, but cannot guarantee that such availability actually occurs, which the User accepts and acknowledges, waiving any compensation due to lack of availability.

    7. The User accepts and acknowledges that performance and availability problems may occur that have as their cause and/or origin:

      Internet congestion, slowdown or general unavailability;

      Unavailability of generic Internet services (eg DNS servers) due to external attacks;

  8. COMMUNICATIONS

  9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    2.   11. RESOLUTION

  12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    2. Their Policies form an integral part of these General Conditions of Use, and they cannot be separated from them.

    3. The entry into force of new Policies after the date of these General Conditions of Use, will give rise to the amendment of these General Conditions of Use through their integration.

    4. In case of contradiction or inconsistency between the documents that make up these General Conditions of Use, these prevail over the Policies.

    5.  CASA TEMPORADA LITORAL at any time, update, modify or replace any part of these General Conditions of Use and the Policies associated with them, announcing in their own place on the home page of PORTAL these modifications, being still the responsibility of the User to check this page periodically to be aware of any changes, the new version always prevailing over any previous version.

    6. The balance must be paid upon arrival or by prior arrangement in cash or debit card or credito

We ask our guests to avoid behavior, activities, that can cause disturbances and in particular please respect the house e  harmony of the environment, especially at night.

  • Art. 3 - Keys

The keys given are in the custody of the guests, who will undertake to keep them carefully.
The keys will be handed over to you by one of our employees and will have to be returned when you leave the house.
